Thousands of rail passengers are set to face travel chaos during the Easter weekend after Network Rail announced there would be no services running to or from London Euston due to engineering works.
The worst affected will be Virgin Train services on the West Coast mainline as this line connects London, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, and Glasgow.
No trains will run to or from London Euston.
Buses will replace trains between Rugby and Birmingham International.
Rail replacement between Carlisle and Glasgow Central, from April 19th-21st.
On Sunday, April 21st, trains between Euston and Liverpool Lime Street will be diverted between Crewe and Liverpool Lime Street via but not calling at Stockport.
On Monday, April 22nd, services to and from Glasgow Central will be diverted via Kilmarnock.
